“They Held My Hand” - During lockdown and through the uncertain times of the pandemic, the reliable beauty of our local hills lifted my spirits, comforted me and soothed my soul. When we were unable to see family, we were at least able to walk our lanes and up into the peace of the hillsides. In this 38cm x 29cm textile piece, rather than showing one particular view, the spirit of Moel Famau Country Park and the Clwydian Range, is captured giving a ‘sense of place”.
